For the final part of my PTP, I have decided to use Pinterest. I absolutely LOVE this site! I ended up adding more to it than just school related things but it was a fantastic source for my area, FACS.
Questions:
What did you learn about Pinterest?
- I learned that it can be sometimes difficult to "pin" ALL things to this site. Some require a specific access to pin. It is, however, extremely easy to gather together resources for personal use. Plus others can pin off your boards and make comments.
- This would be a great opportunity for "Meal Planning" or projects to work on for the students. I could see what they are working on and it would be VERY easy for others to communicate with each other.

- Personal Meal planning
- Home budgeting
- Interior Design Ideas

Good insights to Pinterest. I did this as a technology project as well. I'm assuming you're a health education major-it would be awesome to use this for meal planning!

ReplyDeleteI do love pinterest. Mostly because it's fun to look at but it definitely is great for sharing Ideas. I would be amazing if we could just start pinning lesson plans. Actually, I think I will start doing that and see what happens. Or someone should start a teaching pinterest...a teacherest if you will.
